Discovery

We’re good listeners. We listen to your hopes, fears, and dreams to truly understand your business. What we learn from you we turn into research to that informs a roadmap for your project.

    We treat the client as a member of our own team to learn their business.

    Research guides our decision-making process. We absorb as much knowledge as possible about the client’s industry and explore all the possible options to meet their goals.

  • Roadmap

    A mutual understanding of the plan and deliverables is a key component to any piece of collaborative work. The roadmap for the project is defined in the discovery phase.

  • Contract

    Once we feel we have an understanding and of the client’s objectives and an agreed upon plan we our relationship official with a contract.

Ideation

When we get to ideation we work closely with our partners to identify the best opportunities and deliver the best options. In this stage, we discuss strategy and how it relates to the user’s experiences. The feedback we receive from back-and-forth collaboration in the ideation stage gets us closer to testing our hypotheses.

  • Strategy

    No two projects are identical. We tailor a custom strategy to deliver on the goals of each project.

  • User Experience/Interaction

    Users, customers, clients whatever you call them they are the lifeblood of any business. Experience matters and we get it right by collaborating with our partners.

  • Prototyping

    Prototypes turn words into projects. During prototyping, we test our hypotheses and solicit feedback from our partners and end users to prepare for refinement of the deliverables.

Refinement

Once we have reached the refinement stage we have tested our hypotheses and decided on final deliverables. Here we put the finishing touches on all the deliverables.

Delivery

We hand over deliverables in the final delivery stage and assist our clients in getting up and running.

  • Documentation

    Ease of use is one of our hallmarks. We provide easy to understand documentation to give clients instructions on how each deliverable should be used.

  • Support

    We understand that there may be a learning curve so we offer to support projects to make them fully functional.

  • Assessment

    It’s a good idea to get a feel for how well a project has been executed. We share our experience developing your project.
